The Bedouin Arabs say: "Indeed we have believed"; you say: "You haven’t believed, but you say 'we have submitted', while belief hasn’t entered into your hearts;, if you are obeying Allah and His Messenger, He won’t make futile anything from your deeds, indeed Allah is Oft-Forgiving, the Merciful."
Just like the Arabic Qur’an Reading Fujjar who do not become confirmed believers by utilizing Adhikr—the Confirming Truth mentioned in verse 69: 51—are claiming today, the Bedouin Arabs were also claiming before the Messenger that they believed. Since the Message of the verses of the Lord’s Book which is essential to form and increase the belief as explained in verse 8: 2 is not entered into their hearts, the Lord of the universe who knows the status of the heart is commanding the Messenger to say to them: "You say we have submitted, and you have no right to say we have believed, and if you are following Allah and His Messenger in all aspects, He won’t make any of your deed futile." Since the Bedouin Arabs were illiterate and Adhikr was not codified as a Book, it is told to them: "Since the belief hasn’t entered yet into your hearts, you aren’t believers, but you can say, we are Muslims (we have submitted)." But today, since the Fujjar are literate and they have received Adhikr, they have no right even to say that ‘we are Muslims’ as the Bedouin Arab could say. Actually they are the true disbelievers mentioned in verses 4: 150-151. Today, the belief about Allah, Messengers, Books, Angels, Day of Judgment, Paradise, Hell, etc., can be formed only with Adhikr. That is why, as explained in verse 10: 100, no one can become a believer except with Adhikr—the Permission of the Lord—containing 6,236 verses. Without becoming a believer, no one can enter into Paradise—the house of the Believer Allah mentioned in verse 59: 23. Whoever holdfasts Adhikr, he did holdfast Allah and is guided into the Straightpath as explained in verses 2: 256; 3: 101; 4: 174-175; and 5: 48. Since the Arabic Qur’an Reading Fujjar are living by hiding and rejecting Adhikr—the Best Interpretation of the Lord’s Book as told in verse 25: 33, they will be dragged into Hell prone on their faces, such are in the worst place and are the most strayed as explained in verses 25: 34; and 17: 98. See explanation 9: 31-33, 67-68, 125; and 42: 52.
